Tuesday, October 11, 2022 Sunny Still Cool Beautiful 45 Degrees 10:29 a.m.

One of the prettiest sights is to wake up as the sun is just peeking, and seeing the beautiful trees across the oak Ridge Turnpike turning shades of orange, gold and red. Then come downstairs and see the Blue Jay eating from the bird feeder and a woodpecker hammering away at the Cedar tree. Fluffy sparrows are around, eating and singing. So pretty. The Hummingbirds have gone farther south for the winter, probably to South America. We now are getting the winter birds.

Jeff, Nanette and Molly are now here and resting this morning after three days and nights of driving and site seeing. Later we will go explore some of Oak Ridges sites. They need to get a tire fixed or replaced. I guess we shall visit a tire shop. So exciting.! We will see what else they want to do today.

Molly is so pretty and sweet. Both Sierra and Milo are not hanging around to find out but am sure they will slowly come out and see that she won’t bother them at all. She is no longer a puppy so not much in the playing mood. She is now an adult and civilized. Right now Sierra is up in the cat tree snoozing away and Milo is sniffing and looking around checking things out. He is the UN-trusting one. They will be find after a day or so.

Quote of the day: “The reason most people change their minds so often is that they never find one worth keeping.” Jeff Rovin

Have a great Tuesday. Remember, it is Taco Tuesday, so enjoy the tacos, and all the re-fried bean, Spanish rice, good music and fun that goes with the Tacos!

Blessings!
