Tuesday, November 14, 2023 Cloudy Cool Breezy 60 Degrees 5:30 p.m.
Another busy day. Laundry, dusting, all that sort of stuff. Tina just got home and was kind enough to bring us hamburgers. That sure beats cooking since I haven’t even started that as yet.
We had a guy come and park out front, got out of his car, looked at the tires and the front, then opened the hood, prop it open, then take out his tablet and started taking pictures of each of our Town Homes. I thought that weird. I called Julie, next door and she came out with the dogs, we both walked up towards him and wanted to know what he was doing. he said he was checking out a roof job that Charles wanted a price on. He needed his gutters repaired. He had his wife and two young kids in the car.
Charles said that the people who did his roof were to give him a price on his carport roof and gutter. This man was Mexican and spoke Spanish with a touch of English so was hard to understand. He is young, maybe early 20’s. We shall see if he reappears in the future, working on the carport roof and gutters.
