Another nice, early spring day. Not much activity around here this afternoon so believe most people are at work and the dogs are home napping. The squirrel has been out as Sierra was chattering. She chatters at the squirrel but not much else.

I will be out and about later this afternoon, a major trip to the post office and Home Depot. So exciting. I need to get a whatchamacallit to repair the mailbox. The lid wants to come off. I also need a bag of potting soil as I planted the Amarillo plant and didn’t quite have enough dirt. I hope that it does as well as Dottie’s is doing. Hers is growing by leaps and bounds. It is nearly 4 feet tall by now.

The new neighbors got their furniture today so am sure they are busy getting things settled and beginning the new chapter in their lives in another state and city. They are from Kentucky. I hope that they like it here. No, I haven’t met them as yet.
