Tuesday’s child is full of grace. Were you born on Tuesday?
A sunny, very warm, humid and breezy afternoon. there are a few cloudy floating around but so far, they are just floating and white and pretty. At 3:51 p.m. the temperature is 92 degrees with the heat index at 104 I believe the weather person said. It is summer and it is July and it is hot!
Tina’ foot problem is arthritis. The doctor said that it was inflamed, probably due to the damp[ weather and heat. It would slowly go back to normal and not bother her. She said it was a bit better this morning so was in hopes that by the next day or two it would be back to normal.
This afternoon I went to PT as normal. When I got in the car to return home after PT the car wouldn’t start. So I called Road Side Service who was very willing to help and would send instructions vie text as to how to proceed with the instructions and such. Great. Except I can’t get text messages as I have no service unless I am at home. So I called Tina. She came and got me, said that we would do it here. That is great except she would have to be there. So she went back to work and will deal with it when she gets off work. She could of taken me back and I would of been there but she left before hearing that. If whoever comes to see about the car can’t get it started we will have it towed and put in the back yard until we can figure out what the problem is. Tina thinks it is the starter but I think it is the battery and that the battery needs to be taken back to where we bought it and replaced. It is 14 months old. So we shall see what the next chapter is on the car. The car is a 2010 so is a bit aged. Maybe we could sell it for an antique?
Being a couch potato isn’t to bad. Sierra misses our laps to sit in but can sit between us and that helps. Morning coffee is still in the living room on a card table. Sierra has decided she can lay up there and be part of the morning coffee club. She likes being with us and prefers the chairs to all the rest but is adapting rather well. However, we do hope to go try out /on chairs soon. Tina is on call this weekend so it might be a couple of weeks before we do that.
Wah’s House Hold Hints: “Rust. If you get rust on clothing soak in lemon juice and salt or oxalic acid solution. (3 tablespoons oxalic acid to 1 pint warm water). A commercial rust remover may be used. A caution is advised . Handle poisonous rust removers carefully. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never use Oxalic Acid or any rust remover around washer or dryer as it can damage the finish. Such chemicals may also remove permanent press fabric finishes.”
Have a great rest of your Tuesday. Make it a thrifty, terrific, cheerful and fun day.
Blessings
