Another summer afternoon in East Tennessee. Very cloudy and I expect rain most any time. It is humid and how, though not as hot as yesterday. At 3:47 p.m. it is 87 degrees. Not bad at all. Rain is good but not as much as Texas, North Carolina or New Mexico. Diana said that the lightening hit their electric fence which caused the power supply in their basement to explode. Not good, but much preferred to them being hurt or worse. They aren’t flooding and they and the animals are O.K.
Just returned from PT. They are working me harder and it is an ouch y on some of the stretches. I still have major problems standing on my right leg, or should I say balancing on my right leg. It wants to cave in. that is the only exercise I have problems with. I go two days again next week.
Dinner tonight is Hamburger Patties and Suddenly Salad. Simple enough and tasty. Tina usually isn’t hungry enough for a big meal. We both like the suddenly Salad and have to thank Tevia for turning us on to that.
