MAY FLOWERS IN TENNESSEE

Wednesday, May 4, 2022 Beautiful Sunshine Breezy No Clouds 82 degrees 4:37 p.m.

I am amazed at all the flowers that grow and bloom, wild, here in Tennessee. In Nevada, if we planted tulips or any bulb flower they would have to be dug up and brought in for the winter. Here they all grow wild, and if you plant them, you leave them and they come up the next year all by themselves. there are many houses around here that have iris, daffodils, tulips and other flowers planted around their mail boxes . They look well cared for and are so attractive.

That goes along with all the beautiful birds that we have here, visiting the bird feeders and nesting in the trees and planters. Besides the cardinals, bluejays, mourning doves, I saw an indigo bunting the other day. so pretty. There are so many different types of swallows that are here dinning at the feeders that I can’t name them all. Also numerous different types of sparrows and warblers. 19 of them, each different and each pretty. All of them sing beautifully.

Beings today is the middle of the week, I have done odds and ends tasks around here. I went out and swept the carport as it was a mess from the trees across the turnpike blowing all the pollen, leaves and what have you over. It looks much better now.

Have a great rest of your hump day. Make it happy, cheerful, joyous, playful and fun.
